For apartments nr. 11, 21, 13, and 23: you can park your car in any of the spots in front of the house.
For apartments nr. 12 and 22: you can park in the nearby blue zone or at the public parking in Meiershofstrasse or Chilbiplatz. Mon-Sat, from 8 AM to 8 PM, the first 30' are free of charge, 1 hour is CHF 0.50 and every additional hour is CHF 1.-.

Laundry
The laundry room is located in the basement of the house. You can use the laundry room for free, but only between 4 PM and 11 AM. Please do NOT use the laundry room between 11 AM and 4 PM! Thank you.
Proceed to the basement, which can be found on floor -1. On the left you will find the laundry, and straight ahead the dryer room.
If the washing machine is free, you can use it.
Open the top and insert the soap on the left, and your clothes on the right.
Close the lid as indicated in the picture.
Close the top and select your program on the display. Be aware that there is no start button. Once you've selected a program it will take about 30 seconds to start.
You can use the dryer room to dry your clothes.
Please leave the laundry room clean. Happy washing!
Waste disposal and recycling
In Zürich (Dübendorf) it is required to purchase official bin bags to dispose of your household trash. You will find some in the apartment. If you stay for a longer time or you use more than the ones provided, you can purchase them in all supermarkets (they are usually not out on the shelves so make sure to ask at the cashier's desk for "Kehrichtsack Dübendorf").
These bags are NOT for recyclables.
Compost, PET bottles, glass, cardboard, paper, aluminum cans, batteries, and other toxic waste are disposed of separately from household garbage.
Full bin bags are not picked up from the street. They must be placed in designated neighborhood containers.
If the garbage is not disposed of correctly, it will not be picked up and you will receive a fine of 300.- CHF!
Recycling
Compost can be put in the green container next to the grey container. Please make sure not to put any non-compostable material in there!
Glass and aluminum need to be separated and then deposited at local recycling points.

Plastic bottles (PET) can be dropped off in the large containers in front or inside supermarkets (Migros or Copp).
Cardboard and paper are picked up for free in front of your house every two weeks (see dates here).
