The best option if you are staying for a couple of days in Lucerne is to leave the car in a carpark.

The parking garage CITY-PARKING is located on Zurichstrasse 35.
It's reachable within 25 min by bus from the apartment.

It is located at Hirschengraben 31, 6003 Luzern (20 min by Bus, Number 7).
Recycling and waste disposal
Garbage
In Lucerne you have to put the trash in special blue bags (you will find them in the kitchen). In case you need more, you can buy them in the SPAR or COOP Supermarket (just ask the cashier for the blue "Real" bags).
Please then leave the trash bags in the apartment! We will take care of them.
Recycling
Glass & Aluminum
If you have a lot of glass and alluminium, please recycle this separately!
Glass and aluminium need to be separated and then deposited at local recycling points. The closest recycling point to the flat is at: Zihlmattweg 5, 6005 Luzern (close to Supermarket COOP):
Plastic Bottles
If you used a lot of plastic bottles, please bring them to the supermarket:
Plastic PET bottles can be dropped off at the large containers in front or inside of supermarkets at: Coop Supermarket or SPAR Supermarket.
Checkout
Check out is the latest at 11 AM. Please deposit the keys back into the keybox, close it and put the numbers back to random so no one else can see the code.
Luggage deposit:
Unfortunately you can not leave your luggage at our place after check out. We suggest you to leave it at the main train station. They provide lockers or, if your luggage is very big, you can deposit it at the SBB travel centre (ask for direction once you are at the station).
