Laundry

Proceed to the basement, which can be found on floor -1.
When you reach the bottom of the stairs, go to the right. The laundry is through the first door on the right.
Before using the machines, check the timetable. If the time and date are free, write down your flat number to reserve the space.
You can now wash your clothes (washing machine on the left and dryer on the right)
Please leave the laundry room clean.
Happy washing!
Waste disposal and recycling
The trash container is located close to the main street when you move towards the apartment.
In Zürich, it is required to purchase official bin bags. You will find some in the apartment (they are blue or white). If you stay for a longer time, you can be purchased them in all supermarkets (they are usually not out on the shelves so make sure to ask at the cashier's desk for "Zürisack").

Recycling
Glass and aluminum need to be separated and then deposited at local recycling points.
The closest recycling point to the flat is at Eugen-Huber-Strasse 4, 8048 Zürich (2 min walking from the apartment)
Plastic PET bottles can be dropped off in the large containers in front or inside supermarkets (Migros or Coop).
Cardboard is picked up for free in front of your house every two weeks (see dates). Cardboard must be folded correctly:
